Refund policy

Every Aluminum Outfitters build is welded to order for the customer who bought it, so it cannot be restocked the way a catalog item can.

Changes and cancellations

Call the shop as soon as you can. If material has not been cut for your order yet, changing or cancelling is usually straightforward. Once material has been cut or engraved for your order, changes may not be possible.

If something is wrong

If your build arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, call us. Freight damage must be reported to us and to the carrier right away — carrier claims have a short deadline. Defects in materials or workmanship are covered by our lifetime warranty.
